Plum & Cinnamon Millet Porridge

I love the summer, sunlight, juicy summer fruits and vegetables, but I have to admit that the Polish golden autumn has an incredible charm. The warming flavors of autumn can make the house even more cozy, encouraging long evenings with a book and warming tea in hand. Before autumn settles in your homes and kitchens for good, feel its foretaste by preparing a delicious, sweet breakfast with plums in the lead role 🙂

 

Preparation:

I cut the plums in half, removed the pits and cut the fruit into smaller pieces. Before cooking, I rinsed the groats 1-2 times under cold, running water. I cooked the groats in coconut drink with a bit of cinnamon and ginger, according to the recipe on the packaging. I added coconut sugar and mixed everything thoroughly. Finally, I added the chopped plums and sunflower seeds.
