Porridge with Forest Fruit
Forest fruits are one of the best sources of antioxidant compounds that play an important role in the prevention of the diseases of civilization (including cancer and cardiovascular diseases). I encourage you to eat at least one portion of your favorite berries (blueberries, bilberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries) every day. The bioactive ingredients they contain will also strengthen your immunity, which we should all care for. In winter, frozen fruit are just as great, and you can use them to prepare porridge, cocktails, smoothies, cakes, and all sorts of desserts 🙂
Preparation:
I soaked the cranberries in hot water for about 15 minutes. I cooked the oat flakes in water and added the rice drink at the end. I also stirred in the honey, sliced banana, strained cranberries, and forest fruits (bilberries and blackberries).
Then I transferred the porridge into a bowl and decorated it with fresh fruit ?
