Protein for breakfast – tofu scramble
Today, scrambled eggs for breakfast! This time its with tofu 🙂
Eggs contain a lot of digestible protein. They provide us with valuable vitamins A, D , B , K and minerals such as phosphorus , sulfur , chlorine, magnesium, potassium , sodium, zinc, copper , chlorine, manganese. They contain choline – deficiency of choline causes dysfunction of the liver and nervous system.
Everyone can eat eggs, (if they dont suffer from intolerance), especially those working hard physically or mentally, and pregnant and lactating women. How many eggs a day, or a week should we eat? Moderation is recommended for each element of the diet. But if your body tolerate eggs, you can have up to 2-3 eggs every other day.
Tofu scramble
Preparation:
Heat the butter on the saucepan, add tofu, sesame seeds and soya sauce. Use the second pan to heat one tablespoon of butter and add eggs – whites first, after a while, add the egg yolks. Cook until thickened. Add spices.
Add the eggs into the pan with the tofu. Fry for another minute. Sprinkle with chives.
