QUINOA WITH FRUITS

Yesterday’s breakfast was a blast! All of the ingredients were delicious so I decided to mix them and… yum! Quinoa is light and satisfying and it is a source for plant protein.

I guess I don’t have to recommend raspberries or almonds as they are simply delicious.

This is a kind of breakfast I love ??

  • quinoa
  • plant milk (I used coconut milk)
  • raspberries
  • coconut oil (1 spoon)
  • cinnamon
  • almonds (or any other nuts/seeds that you like)
  • Boil quinoa according to the instructions. Add milk, oil and cinnamon. Sprinkle with fruits and nuts.

It tastes heavenly!
