Raspberry Healthy Bowl
I never run out of ideas for breakfast or brunch! Today’s healthy bowl can be easily prepared in a bigger portion and stored in a jar so that you can use it within the next several days. Just another way to save your precious time in the morning. Sounds interesting? Well, let’s get down to work 🙂
Preparation:
I took out the frozen fruit from the freezer and left them to warm up for a short time. Then I combined and blended them with coconut milk. I stirred in the chia seeds, flaxseed, honey, and salt. I set the mixture aside for 10-15 minutes, served it with granola (the recipe is HERE) and decorated with fruit and nuts.
