Salmon meatballs with vegetable spaghetti
Winter does not have to be boring on the plate 🙂
On cloudy days, serve your family a colorful dish with salmon. Instead of traditional vegetables, make it as cheerful and multicolored spaghetti. Not only looks good, but tastes excellent. Add meatballs with salmon and we are set 🙂
Salmon meatballs with vegetable spaghetti
Preparation:
Wash the Salmon fillet, dry it and cut into small cubes or use a grinder. Rinse the Spinach, dry it and cut finely, then fry in on a pan until the leaves will be wilted. Place the shredded salmon, fried spinach, egg, chives, basil, salt and pepper in a bowl . Mix everything, or blend it. Shape into balls or flat patties and fry them in a pan with clarified butter.
In the meantime, wash and peel the courgette, beetroot, parsnips and carrots.
Cut the vegetable or use special peeler so it will look like spaghetii. Simmer the veggies in a pan with a little water and soy sauce for about 5-6 minutes on high heat, adding spices in the meantime.
Sprinkle with chives.
