Smoothie with Frozen Fruit and Pear

Have you been waiting for summer fruit? I really miss strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. When there is a shortage of fresh, seasonal fruit, it is a good idea to use frozen products, which, contrary to appearances, are a good source of vitamins and minerals. Fortunately, spring is getting closer every day! My recipe for you today is a delicious smoothie full of fruit, which you can also find in my app HERE.

 

Preparation:

I diced the pear, put it in a saucepan, added xylitol, a little water and stewed it for a while. I added the remaining ingredients and blended until smooth.
