Spicy Roasted Pumpkin

Evenings in autumn make us want to spend our free time reading books or watching movies curled up on the sofa with a blanket on our laps, and naturally after training with the Diet & Training by Ann app (which you can find HERE) 😀 You will probably agree with me that a movie and snacks make a perfect match. And, as always, I encourage you to go for healthy alternatives!

How about seasonal, spicy roasted pumpkin instead of chips from the store? Apart from chili, you can add your favorite spice mix. Curry, smoked paprika, or maybe warming ginger? Try out your own ideas 🙂

 

Preparation:

I sliced the pumpkin, sprinkled it with salt and chili. Then I put it in the oven preheated to 180°C and roasted it for about 20 minutes (you can check with a fork whether it’s tender or needs more time). When ready, I put it on a plate, sprinkled with olive oil and topped with pumpkin seeds.
