Super Chocolatey & Extra Easy Cake

I present to you my latest discovery: a suuuper chocolatey cake! The recipe is really easy so everyone should be able to handle it. As you know, experimenting with sweets is one of my favorite things to do in the kitchen and I don’t think I will ever stop enjoying it.

A piece of chocolate cake with your cup of coffee on Sunday…? Let’s do it! ?

 

Preparation:

Cake: I preheated the oven to 180°C. Then I buttered two 20cm springform cake pans. Next I put sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a big bowl and mixed until smooth.

I stirred in the eggs, rice drink, oil, and vanilla extract. I beat the mixture at medium speed, added hot water and mixed thoroughly. I poured the dough into the cake pan and baked it for about 40 minutes in the middle of the oven, then I took it out and let it cool.

Glaze: I beat the butter and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. I added the cocoa and continued beating to combine all the ingredients. Then I added sugar gradually (one cup at a time), poured in the plant-based drink and kept beating all the time. If necessary, you can add more drink to achieve the desired consistency.

Finally, I poured the glaze over the cooled cake ?
