CHRISTMAS

We’re running errands all the time, we’re busy… why don’t we stop for a minute?

Christmas is a magical time of the year. Let’s celebrate each and every moment, starting from planning through Christmas shopping, decorating the Christmas tree and cooking. And what’s most important – let’s celebrate every minute spent together with our families.

Christmas time is special for me – it’s probably the same for most of you. I always spend it with my family. It’s time for being together, singing Christmas carols, wishing everyone ‘A merry Christmas’ and sharing wafer. Most importantly – it’s the time of love and kindness. However these two should be present all year round 🙂

Christmad Eve and Boxing Day are also days of special meals. Taking food into consideration – my Christmas isn’t typical, but I try to keep the tradition alive in my recipes. Just like year-round also my Christmas dishes are dairy and gluten free. They’re healthier which doesn’t necessarly mean they’re less delicious (I hope my guests will agree with me :)).

As we spend most of the time sitting at the table, I always try to decorate it perfectly. My family is full of artists so we always pay attention to the looks of the table.

Baking gluten free gingerbread before Christmas is a little tradition of mine. I always give them to my friends during Christmas. Giving healthy presents is amazing – it really gives me satisfaction 🙂

And what’s in my present… let it be my secret 🙂
