BEEF AND VEGETABLES SHASHLIKS

I know that grill is mostly associated with the long weekend in May :)… but the barbecue season has just started! Summer, holidays, trips, friends hang outs, parties, birthdays… Grill is always a good idea!

I recommend shashliks: beef, bacon and vegetables.

How to do it:

Mix all the ingredients for the marinate in a bowl. Clean the meat carefully, dry it and dice it. Cover it with the marinate and put into the fridge for an hour.
