A quick take-away dish
Greetings from the camp! There’s power here!
Today I’m going to tell you that when you go on a trip (a holiday trip as well), it’s worth taking your own ready-made food. This quick dish, which I’m presenting below, is a good option for lunch at work.
I washed and steamed spinach and asparagus. I cooked basmati rice with a tablespoon of clarified butter, a little bit of salt, pepper and thyme.
And I put it all in a food container. Yummy.
