When Is the Best Time to Exercise?

In theory, every time of day is appropriate and if you only have half an hour during the day after work before you pick up the kids from school, use this time and jump into your comfy clothes 🙂 However, depending on your goal, it’s worth scheduling your day so that your training takes place at the right time.

Are you going to fight body fat?

For you, the best time to exercise is the morning, when the stimulated metabolism easily burns calories.

On the other hand, please remember that longer and more intense workouts should be performed after breakfast. After the night, the body has no source of energy necessary for effort. However, if you start the day with breakfast, wait for about 1.5-2 hours to avoid discomfort during exercise.

When you work out in the morning, you release endorphins that will put you in a perfect mood for the whole day.

Advantages only 🙂

Do you care about sculpting your muscles?

It is worth taming your enthusiasm and refraining from training until the evening.

You don’t have to hurry, so the accuracy and quality of your workout are definitely better.

You will boost your metabolism and burn more calories before bedtime.

Training at the end of the day will reduce the tension and stress caused by the passing day and guarantee a high-quality, good night’s sleep.

You must admit it’s way better than watching TV in the evening:)

I’m going to say it again, but I have to…

Regardless of the time of day and the intensity of your workout, the effects will be best when done with regularity and consistency … and of course with a properly balanced diet 🙂 Remember that you can find all these in my app Diet & Training by Ann.
