Vegan roll-ups

Another Christmas has come and gone 🙂 Some can probably still feel it in their stomachs… And it’s already time for next celebrations, New Year’s Eve! We often reach for unhealthy food during this holiday and I would like to show that you can effortlessly prepare healthy and yummy snacks for a party, e.g. the New Year’s Eve.  How about vegan roll-ups by Ann?

 

Preparation:

Clean the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and the carrot and cut them into sticks. Cut the red pepper into thin strips. Peel the avocado, cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop the chilli pepper finely and sprinkle with soy sauce. Soak the wraps in warm water for a few seconds, place the vegetables and rocket on them, sprinkle with soy sauce and roll them up.
