Vacation, time off, rest

I hope that you will find some time for yourself, regardless whether you have planned a trip somewhere or not.

To recharge one’s mind, to give it some time to test – IT’S VERY IMPORTANT. Every day, your brain supports thousands of micro-processes in your system, and you’re not making it any easier by requesting hundreds of analyzes and conclusions from it regarding the reality that surrounds you. You also want it to be creative and it’d be best if it stayed focused at all times. Oh, and on top of it all you make it cope with stress!

IT’S NOT POSSIBLE to keep your nerves in good condition, without getting some rest. Take advantage of the fact that it’s summer and start meditating. Find a nice grassy spot, best at dawn, and sit down. Listen intently to the sounds of nature. Breathe deeply. Tell yourself, “The silence is in me.” Send the thoughts bugging you one by one away into space. Feel as you become an integral part of the world. Keep at it, with your back straight, for at least 15 minutes or so. Breathe calmly, but don’t ty to influence it, just let it occur on its own. Don’t suddenly stand up and throw yourself into work and responsibilities.

Keep smiling at yourself, your thoughts, at the upcoming day.

Treat yourself to a day or maybe a few of “I don’t have to do anything.” Plan it beforehand, so that nobody and nothing would stand in your way by making you deal with something. Get some rest.

It’s not a waste of your time. It’s an investment in yourself which you and those close to you will only benefit from.

Many sunny days!
