Warming cocoa made from dates with gingerbread spices

Today, a recipe that will make the holiday evenings pleasant for us and our family. My idea for a cocoa with dates and gingerbread spices.
Preparation:

Soak the dates in hot water and then remove seeds. Cook the dates in coconut milk for 10-12 minutes. Add spices and cocoa, blend and cook for a while.

If you want to get a pudding instead of liquid cocoa, use white thick part of coconut milk and once it will cool down, place in the fridge for some time.
