Baked eggs! Protein and fat breakfast for athletes
Many a time I wrote about how breakfast is important. All the more a breakfast for athletes and active people.
My recommendation for today: baked eggs with spinach and bacon 🙂
Protein and fat breakfast for athletes
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (chop spinach finely). Place it in a small cake tin greases with clarified butter and bake for 20 minutes in 180 ºC.
