Banana & Oat Pancakes

I have a super easy recipe for oat and banana pancakes to help you start the week off on the right foot. They are a great alternative to porridge, one of the breakfast staples that is so common you may want to experiment with it a bit 🙂 If you’ve run out of breakfast ideas e.g. for your kids, here you are 🙂 These pancakes are so easy to make that you can invite your kids to prepare them and have some fun cooking together!



I soaked the oat flakes overnight. In the morning I added the remaining ingredients and blended them. I scooped the batter onto the pan and fried the pancakes on hot ghee.
