I used to be a jellies lover. Gosh! It was hard to give up eating them. Now I don’t even think of touching them, because I know what they contain and ugh! I don’t want to be poisoning myself.
Summer is in full swing! Shops and especially market stalls sprinkle with all the colours of summer. What to choose from this abundance? What factors should we take into consideration? Below I’m showing my ‘fruit rules’. Perhaps you have your own ones but different?
This Italian dessert has been tempting me for a long time. But this what discouraged me from making it was the need of using cream. So I’ve come up with my own version – with vegetable milk.
