Today I’ve prepared a recipe for sweet pancakes. They’re perfect not only for breakfast but also a quick dessert which you can take anywhere. Have you tried chestnut flour before? If not, this is the recipe which will definitely encourage you to use it more often, especially when combined with cocoa which goes perfectly well with the taste and gives it a beautiful, tasty color.
I mixed all the ingredients until smooth. Then I heated the coconut oil in a pan, scooped the dough, formed thin pancakes and fried them on both sides. I served them with my favorite jam or fruit preserve.
