Egg Muffins

Do you like eggs for breakfast? They most often appear on our plates in the form of scrambled eggs or just boiled. Sometimes it is worth preparing them in a different form (e.g. frittata, I have already posted the recipe HERE). You can have the egg muffins from today’s post not only for breakfast, but also for an afternoon snack. You can serve them with your favorite fresh vegetables (peppers, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes) or with a salad, and this way you will create a balanced, nutritious meal ?

 

Preparation:

I preheated the oven to 180°C. I cut the vegetables and the turkey into small cubes. Then I beat the eggs with the drink and spices. I added the flour, the chopped vegetables, ham and mixed everything. I greased muffin molds with butter and filled them with the mixture. I baked the muffins for about 15 minutes ?
