Egg in avocado with bacon

I love avocado! That’s why today I encourage you to try my recipe for egg in avocado with bacon. Avocado is a great source of monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants, especially vitamin E and glutathione. Consumed regularly can help to fight high cholesterol and help our immune system.

Preparation:

wash the egg with boiling water, cook it until it will be hard, and then put it in cold water. During this time,  peel an avocado, cut it and with a large spoon take out the seed, making room for an egg. Peel an egg and place it in the avocado. Join the two halves and wrap in bacon slices. Warm up the fat in the pan and fry the avocado on medium heat under cover. After 2 minutes turn sides.
