Cold soup without lactose

Spring is a capricious lady, but sometimes it’s graciously giving us the sun, and sometimes even hot days. Cold soup is perfect for these days :).

I cooked beets in their skins in water with turmeric and thyme, peeled and sliced ​​them. I washed radishes and cucumber and chopped them into slices. I cooked chard foe a few minutes, pulled out and sliced ​​them. In cold water after chard I mixed all ingredients. I added yogurt and I put it into the refrigerator. Add some fresh thyme at the end.

So tasty!
