Pumpkin with eggs! I invite you to PUMPKIN RECIPES!
Today it definitely had to be pumpkin for breakfast!
And because I am introducing eggs to my diet slowly (because of my previous food intolerance), so the pumpkin goes with eggs . The effect is encouraging and tasty.
Let’s benefit from the abundance of pumpkins. They are tasty, easily digested, contain B vitamins, iron, fibre and vitamin C.

But I encourage you to experiment with pumpkin :).
I cut pumpkin in half, hollowed it and baked for 40 minutes in 180 °C. I baked it in the evening and in the morning I only added eggs and baked it for 15 minutes more in 180 °C. I ate a delicious breakfast :).
