Winter this year has been playing tricks on us so it’s a good idea to add a bit of color to our meals. How about a healthy salad that’s full of color and vitamins? Not only does it look beautiful but also tastes delicious!
I cut the vegetables, avocado, and the hard-boiled egg. Then I combined the oil with spices and lemon juice. I arranged the lettuce leaves on a plate, put all the other ingredients onto them. Finally, I sprinkled the salad with dressing and topped it off with goji berries and sesame seeds.
