Fried Eggs on Spinach
I have another simple idea for you for a high-protein breakfast where eggs play the main part. Remember that in addition to sources of protein and fats, this type of meal cannot be complete without fresh vegetables! You can find this recipe in my Diet & Training by Ann app (HERE).
Preparation:
I fried diced onion and pressed garlic in hot clarified butter. I added the spinach and stewed it until the leaves were soft. I gently cracked in the eggs, sprinkled them with salt and pepper, and fried until the egg whites were set. I put the eggs onto a plate, sprinkled with pumpkin seeds and chopped chives. I served the eggs with strips of red pepper.
