Green Power. Matcha Power Balls
Today I have a recipe for a new version of power balls. I guess I’ll never run out of ideas for new varieties 🙂 They’re so easy to make and convenient to have when you’re on the go! Adding nuts will improve your concentration and boost mental performance.
How about the benefits of matcha? Most of all, it will bring relaxation and calm for which it has been appreciated by buddhist monks for centuries. What’s more, samurai valued matcha for its effect on improving endurance. Over the years, it has also been shown to lower bad cholesterol (LDL fraction), strengthen the immune system, and accelerate fat burning. As you can see, it has lots of benefits. Have you had the chance to try matcha yet? If not, I definitely recommend it!
Preparation:
Soak the dates in hot water. Place the nuts in the food processor and blend until they powdered like flour. Then add cashew butter, matcha, coconut oil and maple syrup, and blend everything. Form balls and toss them in pistachios (I also recommend blending them beforehand). Store the balls in the fridge.
