Healthy Hair

I have promised to prepare some new home SPA treatments. Together with my hairdresser, Marylka Duda, we have tested some ingredients and created new recipes.

 

Nut and cinnamon hair mask

For a better effect, scrub the scalp and hair. Pour the right amount of shampoo into your hand and add a little sea salt. Then massage your scalp for a while and rinse. Put the ready-made mask on the towel-dried hair ?.

 

Ingredients for the mask:

  • 5 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon hot water

 

Preparation:

Mix everything thoroughly and put on your scalp and hair. Wrap your head with cling film or put on a shower cap. After 10 minutes, wash with shampoo.

 

Properties:

  • Cold pressed walnut oil prevents hair breaking and has antifungal properties. It is also a good source of vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties.
  • Honey regenerates, moisturizes, adds shine.
  • Cinnamon improves blood circulation on the scalp and thus activates hair growth.

We don’t recommend the treatment to bright blondes.
