Ice, Ice … Ice cream!
Who does not like ice cream?
Inseparable, when summer comes, comes also season for ice creams!
If you care about health, do not buy ready-store ice cream. Ice cream from the store contain fats, sugars, dyes and flavor enhancers. That chemical dump at its worst. Water fruit ice cream? Surely not even lay next to the fruit. For example, for the banana flavor is responsible amyl acetate solvent – oil paints.
However, keep in mind that ice cream act cooling on your body!
We can, once in a while eat ice cream, made quickly and easily together with our kids, because it’s fun.
Recipe:
- Fruits (I really love ice cream with raspberries and blueberries)
- Fruit syrup (for example cherries or cranberries) homemade or purchased at the organic food store;
- Molds – I have a special for ice cream – but you can use small cups
Mix fruits, add the syrup, pour into molds whole. You can even put some barriers on top for decoration and put it in the freezer!
Yum, yum, yum! It’s delicious!
