SHREK’s Cakes

Spring has come, and vegetable stalls and shelves of grocery stores are getting greener every day :). Each year nature gives us spring vegetables around this time, everything comes to life.

Oh, I see I’ve got lost a bit in daydreaming … I love this time of year :).

Colors can be very inspirational, also in the kitchen! And since green is all around and in our minds, it’s also the time for the plate to turn green! Today we take a look at cakes I’ve picked up from Princess Fiona – all Shreks out there will love it :).

Preparation:

I blended all the ingredients (except tahini and the flakes) together. Next, I fried the cakes in coconut oil. Afterwards, I spread tahini over them, added a sprinkle of dried coconut flakes, and they were ready to be served.

Yummy!
