AN AFTERNOON SNACK: MILLET PANCAKES WITH HOMEMADE NUTELLA
Is there anyone in the world who doesn’t feel like nutella pancakes from time to time? Probably not 🙂
I traveled back in time, to my childhood memories and made those myself. The healthy way obviously!
Two different flavours of nutella to choose from!
Nutella no. 1
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 small bananas
- 2 spoons of honey
- 2 spoons of cocoa (80%) or carob
- a hint of lemon
I mixed it all.
Nutella no. 2
Ingredients:
- 8 dates
- 150 ml of rice milk
- half a bar of dark chocolate or 3 spoons of cocoa
- juice of half a lemon
- a hint of chilli
Boil the dates in milk. Melt chocolate (or use cocoa) and mix it all.
MILLET PANCAKES
Ingredients:
- a glass and a half of boiled millet
- 1 glass of coconut milk (if it’s too thick – add some water, batter’s consistency should be like for regular pancakes)
- 5 spoons of potato or coconut flour
- 4 spoons of coconut oil or clarified butter
- 1 egg
- a hint of himalayan salt
I fried the panckes on medium heat, covered.
(Keep in mind that one pancake takes about 8 minutes to be ready. It should be kept on one side for a while and then turned).
The first one may not be perfect ;p but waiting for the next ones is worthwhile :).
You can eat them after a training or as an afternon snack.
Yummy

Od jakiegoś czasu ćwiczę i od początku roku mam ochotę na naleśniki. Szukałam alternatywy dla zwykłych. Dziś na pewno wypróbuję. Ale bez Nutelli- bo nie lubię 😉
