CAULIFLOWER… PIZZA ;)

Pizza is usually a cheat meal, isn’t it? But… we can make a healthy version of it. I got some cauliflower in the fridge, I did some thinking and, hmmm, here it is 🙂

I blended the cauliflower along with pumpkin seeds, a grain of salt and egg. I put it into the oven for 15 minutes on parchment paper and baked it in 180 degress.

And the next step 🙂

Drain the squash on a paper towel. Put it into a bowl and add coconut and potato flour along with cinnamon and nutmeg. Put it on the cauliflower base. Cover it with sliced zucchini, cherry tomatoes and basil.

Bake it for about 30 minutes in 180 degrees.
