EASY PEASY BANANA SQUEEZY – THE EASIEST PANCAKES
A treat – very simple banana pancakes 🙂
When’s the best time to eat those when you’re an athlete or you’re physically active? Before a training/match.
Pancakes are present in my (athlete’s) diet, but they can also be in yours. Maybe you’ll serve them for your loved ones? What do you say?
Banana pancakes
Preparation is a piece of cake (banana bread probably 😉
Mix all of the ingredients and fry them on coconut oil. You can also bake a banana in the oven and sprinkle everything with coconut flakes.
