Porridge with caramelised banana and chocolate
I am neither a set designer, a cook, nor even a photographer but… I like playing with these tools while creating healthy dishes for you which I post on my blog.
Please, forgive me if a dish sometimes looks no good, I can PROMISE you the flavour will tantalise your taste buds 🙂
Preparation:
I cooked the flakes in plant milk with chia seeds. Then I melted the oil in a pan, added some sugar, waited for it to melt and added sliced banana. I caramelised it for about 3 minutes on each side and put it on the porridge, sprinkled with some more coconut sugar, topped it all with grated chocolate and that’s it!
