Fluffy pancakes with spinach

Fresh spinach, is currently available on many vegetable markets. I recommend it because of the richness of vitamins and nutrients. You will find vitamins K, A, C, B2, B6, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese and folic acid. It also supplies us with vitamin E, zinc, copper and phosphorus. Thanks to the content of vitamins A and C which neutralize free radicals, spinach is a sensational antioxidant.

How about the use of green spinach leaves in fluffy pancakes? It is an excellent dish for breakfast, dinner, snack or lunch.

Fluffy pancakes with spinach

Preparation:

Wash the spinach thoroughly and dry with a paper towel. Blend all the ingredients, then fry on both sides in a hot pan with ghee butter (you can also use coconut oil).
