Simple quinoa bread, prepared without gluten and without yeasts
I often remind you about the values of quinoa because it is an interesting and healthy product.
Let me explain why!
Quinoa, belongs to the group of so called pseudocereal and does not contain any gluten. It is one of the high protein products (nutritional value as in a milk) and also has a low glycemic index. Rich in B vitamins and vitamin E.
Other minerals which can be found in quinoa are magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, manganese, potassium, copper, zinc, iron.
Dear future mothers – now you see why you should add the quinoa in your diet;) no more convincing is probably needed 🙂
Bread, I suggest, can be eaten in many ways. Both as a snack for athletes, or for the first or second breakfast before training. It can be eaten by pregnant woman, or eg. kids at school.
Actually its a snack for those looking for something healthy.

Preparation:
Warm up the oven up to 180 degrees
In the meantime, cook quinoa in a ratio of 2: 1 with water. Let it cool down, blend it with oats and other ingredients apart from the walnuts. Add the nuts at the end.
Place the bread batter on to the baking tray and bake for around 40 minutes. Then let it cool in the oven.
When the bread will cool down, add peanut butter and avocado, sprinkle with LIO Shake z Aronia (rich in vitamins and minerals!)
Aronia:
- 10x higher content of vitamins and minerals than its fresh counterpart
- perfect for cocktails, smoothies and other dishes
- reduces oxidative stress, which is the basis of many diseases and conditions.
- It protects the blood vessels and the organs from the negative effects of free radicals
Bon Appetit!
