You probably know all of the ingredients. Personally, I like all of them, they’re also very healthy. When mixed – pure power 🙂
I also added maca powder. It contains 18 of all 20 amino acids, many minerals, antioxidants, vitamins B1, B2 and B3, it raises immunity, boosts endurance and reduces fatigue.
And millet – common knowledge – detoxicates, boosts energy, boosts the work of intestines. It can even be said that it’s a medicine.
Oh, how much energy it gives!
