Spinach and Pepper Frittata

I know that some of you love high protein breakfast. This is the recipe for you! A quick frittata with vegetables not only tastes good, but also gives you a feeling of fullness, so you will avoid the craving for snacks. What’s more, you can do it in a flash. Who is up for it? 🙂

 

Preparation:

I cracked the eggs into a bowl, added some salt, pepper, thyme and scrambled them. I cut the peppers into thin strips. Then I heated the butter in a frying pan and poured in the egg mixture. I added the pepper, torn spinach leaves and covered it with a lid. I simmered the frittata until the eggs were cooked. In the meantime, I prepared the sauce: I mixed  pressed garlic with chopped dill and yogurt. I placed the frittata onto a plate and served it with yogurt and garlic sauce. Yummy!
