Vegetable burger with egg

Vegetable Burger? Why not 🙂 With the use of millet everything is possible.

Millet  is easy to digest so it is ideal for people with liver, intestine or pancreas problems. Contains zinc in its composition, which is an important element in the regeneration of the body. It also contains silicon – an element that improves metabolism and is very important for athletes. In addition,millet provides us with iron, calcium, sodium, selenium, potassium, copper, phosphorus, vitamin E, and group B. It is also a source of wholesome protein.

Prepartion

In separate pots cook millet and carrots (it can also be steamed). Then place both ingredients from both pots together and add ginger, seasoning and 1 egg. Mix it  and shape burgers. Heat  the oven to 180⁰C, put the burgers in muffins baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes. Once done leave it for a moment in the oven. Then spread the oil in the pan and fry egg with a pinch of pepper , when it will be just they way you like it, place it on a burger.
