Buckwheat bread

Yes, I stick to a gluten-free diet and I’m good with it (genetic determinants). It is the same  for my husband. In addition, as athletes, we must be systematic and disciplined, also in terms of sticking to a meticulously prepared diet plan.

I often experiment and I am still looking for new alternatives to a healthy version of gluten-free bread.

This time, i did run out of flours, so buckwheat barley came to the rescue! :), from which a delicious buckwheat bread was made.
Preparation is easy and pleasant :), and taste … try it for yourself!

Preparation:

Pour very hot water over the buckwheat barley, leave it to soak for about 3 hours. After this time, add the remaining ingredients to it, mix and place in the baking mold. Preheat the oven up to 180 degrees and bake for about 1 hour.

Leave the baked bread in the oven for a while, then move to a cooler place and store it under a cloth.
