Egg and Avocado Salad

Today I want to show you an easy and quick recipe for a nutritious and healthy salad with avocado and hard-boiled egg. The salad is great for breakfast or lunch. You can also pack it and have it at work for brunch. 

 

Preparation:

I washed the greens and dried with a paper towel. Then I steamed kale leaves for 5 minutes and made mollet eggs. I put the greens, sliced avocado and egg halves into a bowl. In a separate bowl I combined the vinegar, mustard, sea salt and pepper to prepare the dressing. Finally, I poured the dressing over the salad and sprinkled it with sesame seeds.
