Fruit Omelet with Nuts

Ready to get back into your post-holiday routine? How about a sweet breakfast that will give you strength for the whole morning? I hope you have already felt the spring energy boost and are enjoying the sunny weather! The sun is not only a natural alarm clock. Preparation:

I cracked the eggs into a bowl, mixed them with salt, flour and coconut drink. I heated the coconut oil in a pan, poured in the egg mixture and fried it on both sides. I transferred the omelet to a plate, added the raspberries, chopped nuts, sprinkled it with date syrup and topped with cinnamon.

You can use fresh raspberries in season 🙂
