Kale Crisps

Are you looking for a healthy snack that could replace classic crisps or popcorn? Or maybe an original addition to your soup? I have an idea for you for something that will work both ways. Kale crisps!

It is not only a quick and tasty snack, but above all it’s a healthy alternative to popular, highly processed products. The autumn-winter season does not spoil us in terms of seasonal vegetables. That’s why it’s a great idea to include kale in your diet now, as it is rich in minerals such as iron, magnesium, zinc, and phosphorus. Thanks to the content of beta-carotene, it has a positive effect on the condition of the skin, and our well-being will also benefit from the B vitamins and vitamin C contained in it. Have you tried it yet?

Preparation:

I tore the kale into smaller pieces and seasoned to taste. Then I put the leaves onto the baking tray and sprinkled them with olive oil. I baked them at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Crispy delight!
