Layered Blackcurrant Dessert
A sweet dessert full of vitamin C? This snack will be suitable for those of you who want to manage their glycemia. I used xylitol to sweeten it – one of the safe sweeteners with antibacterial properties. Preparation:
I mixed the yogurt with cinnamon, chopped the nuts, and blended the thawed blackcurrants with xylitol. I put the yogurt in a glass and added the currant puree on top. Finally, I topped it with nuts.
