New training plan For Bad Knees available now!

It is said that everyone can exercise. What if… not everyone? Those who are vulnerable to pain and knee injuries know what I mean – exercises that are totally safe for some people might be harmful to others. But it is possible to create a training plan that’s gentle for the knees! In reply to your requests I’ve prepared this new workout plan for you! I present to you Program For Bad Knees. 🙂

Rule no 1 – safety first

There are plenty of people who work out. Some do it by their own choice… and others for lack of any choice at all. There are lots of programs available on the market but when you do some good research, it turns out that those which are safe for your knees are nowhere to be found!

Knees are vulnerable joints. If yours also need special treatment and you want to strengthen and tone your body at the same time, then I have some good news- program FOR BAD KNEES is just for you. 🙂

Is it just as good at toning your body as other workouts? Of course it is, the two features don’t cancel each other out.

The For Bad Knees program includes 4 workouts a week. What do I focus on here?

  • legs and glutes
  • arms and back
  • stomach

Don’t forget about a decent warm-up and stretching.

 

Do we need mini bands and a foam roller?

We certainly do as the main role of mini bands is to accelerate the result and to diversify exercises, while the purpose of a foam roller is even more important.

Why?

Self-massage with a foam roller is a perfect way to relax your muscles and take the tension off your joints. Rolling out also reduces recovery time after an injury and prevents sore muscles. Trust me, when using a foam roller you will quickly feel the effects, which are not that easy to achieve with traditional stretching. 😉

Who else do I recommend the program to?

For Bad Knees is also a neighbor-friendly workout. Yes, exactly! There are no jumps or other noisy exercises. And I’m not only joking here as I remember some of your requests concerning those who live in blocks of flats and for some reason can only do the workout late in the evening…

It seems that the For Bad Knees training is a perfect solution to exercise with no fear of undermining relations with your neighbors. 😉
