My suggestion for today's meal are savory cupcakes. You can easily take them with you to work or school.

Overweight is harmful. Any kind of it, for that matter. Both the buttocks-thighs kind, which is typical for women, and the abdominal kind - typical for men, but also common for women.
You've probably noticed already that I don't really eat dairy and my recipes usually lack it. But this time I decided to add some goat milk cheese. If I was to recommend dairy at all it would be goat's, for sure.
Whenever you feel blue you probably run to a store to buy sweets or you look for them in your fridge.
