Omelette with avocado and dried tomatoes
This is another breakfast from my menu (you will find my whole diet in Diet&Training by Ann application) – there are THREE DIET LEVELS – mine is “The Fighter Challenge”. What do you say, challenge accepted? 🙂
Preparation:
Mix the eggs with the salt, pepper, milk and flour in a bowl. Cut the avocado and the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the mixture, add the dried tomatoes and put the lid on. When the eggs firm up, flip the omelette, then fold it in half and put on a plate. Serve with the tomato and avocado, sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
