Raspberry Porridge
You are very well aware of the fact that breakfast which is high in energy is the basis for the whole day. Taking care of the kids, duties at work, hobbies… There’s always something pressing! I know it from my own experience that when you’ve had a proper meal you work and function more effectively and efficiently, and you make fewer mistakes. Believe me, not having to fix your own mistakes can save you a lot of time 🙂 That’s why I have another breakfast recipe today which will help you kick off your day and tick off all the points on your to-do list 🙂
You’ve probably noticed that one of the ingredients of the recipe is psyllium husk. You can read more about it HERE. Thanks to psyllium husk your breakfast will not only be delicious and full of energy, but it will also improve the work of your intestines. You will feel full for a long time without your stomach feeling heavy 🙂
Preparation:
I soaked the muesli overnight in warm water. In the morning I added some more water and cooked it with ghee, flaxseed, sesame seeds and psyllium husk. I stirred in the almond flakes, honey, raspberry juice and salted almond spread. I decorated the porridge with raspberries.
