Salmon & Green Bean Salad

Looking for an idea for a summer lunchbox meal that both tastes great and is healthy? As always, I have some inspiration for you! Salmon, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, is not only a source of healthy fats, but also protein. Try to include oily sea fish as a permanent part of your diet (and if this is not possible, consider supplementing with omega-3 acids).

Add seasonal green beans which you only need to steam until tender. Let’s get down to it!

 

Preparation:

I seasoned the fish with salt, pepper, thyme and sprinkled it with lemon juice. I steamed the fish and beans until tender.

Then I cut the dried tomatoes into strips and the cucumber and avocado into cubes. I put the arugula into a bowl and added the chopped ingredients, fish, and beans on top. I poured olive oil over everything and seasoned it with salt and pepper.
