Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes & Zucchini

Do you prefer fat-protein breakfast or maybe one rich in carbs? This time I go for the first option. Scrambled eggs are always a good solution for a quick and nutritious breakfast. And if you are bored with the traditional version, create your own taste combinations! The more colorful and varied it gets, the better. Today I serve scrambled eggs with zucchini and tomatoes which make the plate full of color and the palate full of new flavors.

 

Preparation:

I peeled and diced the onion and the tomatoes, and grated the zucchini. Then I melted some butter in the skillet, added the vegetables and simmered for a while. Then I poured in the eggs and fried until the eggs set. I added some salt and pepper to taste.
